OBRI researchers presented their latest findings in Montreal at the Canadian Rheumatology Association (CRA) Annual Scientific Meeting (February 27-March 2, 2019). This annual meeting showcases the latest research of the Canadian Rheumatology Association (CRA) and the Arthritis Health Professions Association (AHPA) members and fosters research collaboration and exchange of ideas.
The OBRI presented 3 scientific poster presentations. Two of the posters looked at Cardiovascular Disease and RA: Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors May Negatively Impact Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease Outcomes: Findings from the Ontario Best Practices Research Initiative and Development of an Algorithm for the Classification of Cardiovascular Comorbidities in a large Rheumatoid Arthritis Registry: Data from the Ontario Best Practices Research Initiative. A third poster, A Descriptive Analysis of Longitudinal Changes in Relative Market Share Proportions of Biologic and Targeted Synthetic Disease-Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs For Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis: Data From the OBRI Database, was also presented.
We’re excited to share our latest research and connect with other leading researchers in rheumatology!
